• If you have any questions about a house you see, let us know.
• If you would like to see a house in person, we can set it up and show it to you 7 days a week, morning to night.
• We are numbers guys, we do our research and know exactly what a house is worth and use that to negotiate the best possible price.
• If you can't find the house you want now, let us know what you want, we have a large network of contacts and can find out if any similar homes will be coming up for sale before they hit the market.
• To buy a home, you will need to work with mortgage brokers, attorney, pest control, home inspector, insurance agent. We have trusted contacts in all these fields who we recommend.
